Privacy policy

Effective October 19, 2026

This policy covers the Cashflow by Dardoit app for Android and this website. The web version of Cashflow (which uses an account and stores data on DARDOIT LLC servers) is not covered by this policy.

In short: the Cashflow app does not collect, transmit or share your personal data. What you enter stays on your phone unless you share a backup or a CSV file yourself, or you have Android backup turned on.

Who is responsible

Cashflow by Dardoit is a product of DARDOIT LLC. For any privacy matter, email us at [email protected].

The app

  • We collect nothing. Version 1 of the app does not collect personal data or send it to DARDOIT LLC or any third party.
  • No Internet permission. The Android app does not include the android.permission.INTERNET permission, so it cannot connect to any server.
  • Where your data lives. Profiles, categories, transactions and settings are stored in the app’s private storage on your phone.
  • Fingerprint, face or PIN lock. If you turn on the lock, Android performs the check using your phone’s screen lock. Cashflow only learns whether the check succeeded: it never has access to your fingerprint, face or PIN, and it does not store or send any biometric data.
  • Recent apps. Cashflow asks Android not to show its content in the recent apps view. Screenshots you take yourself inside the app keep working.
  • No accounts, ads or analytics. There is no sign-up, no advertising and no analytics or crash-reporting tools.
  • Backups you export. When you export a backup or a CSV file, it goes wherever you choose (for example, your email or your cloud storage). From then on, that service handles it under its own terms.
  • Android backup. If it is turned on, the system may save the app’s data to your Google account, as with any other app. This depends on your Android settings and is under your control; DARDOIT LLC has no access to that backup.

This website

  • cashflowapp.club does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
  • The site is delivered through Cloudflare, acting as an intermediary. Like any web server, it logs technical data for each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and it may use strictly necessary security cookies.
  • If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.

Children

The app does not ask for or collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If a future version changes anything described here (for example, with cloud-based premium features), we will update this policy and the date above before releasing it.
