These terms apply to the Cashflow by Dardoit app and to cashflowapp.club, provided by DARDOIT LLC. By installing or using the app, you accept them.

License

DARDOIT LLC grants you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the app on your devices. You may not sell, redistribute or publish the app, modified or not, without permission from DARDOIT LLC, or pass it off as your own. The app, its name and its design remain the property of DARDOIT LLC.

As is, without warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, DARDOIT LLC is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of data.

Not financial advice

Cashflow is a tool to record and organize income and expenses. Nothing in the app or on this site, including quotes and educational text, is financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. For decisions of that kind, consult a professional.

Your data and your backups

Your data lives on your phone and never goes through our servers, so we cannot recover it for you. You are responsible for exporting and keeping your backups. If you uninstall the app or lose your phone without a backup, your data may be lost.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with its effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
